Each potential adopter must submit an application which will help us to match your needs with any dogs in our care. Any questions asked are not meant to be intrusive, but rather are to help us determine compatibility with one of our dogs, and to ensure the welfare of our rescues. All adoptions are on a two-week trial basis.
YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY.

- An adult (18+ years old ) with the responsibility for maintaining the household
- Willing to allow a MASR representative to conduct a home check
- Able to provide for the training and veterinary care of the dog
- Able to pay an adoption fee to help cover the cost of rescue care

#3 - Fill out the document that has been saved to your computer (NOT the one that pops up on the website)
